A brand-new release and quickly becoming a tasting room favorite, Towne Vineyard, in the most northerly reaches of the iconic Napa Valley, naturally achieved intense ripeness of its Sauvignon Blanc thanks to favorable weather late in the growing season. It was delicately hand harvested to preserve the integrity of the berries and fermented until the grape sugars resolved into a razor’s edge balance with the acidity. The result is an impeccable tension between rich and refreshing that is accentuated by notes of key lime, fresh ginger, and confit passionfruit.
