2018 Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Estate Reserve

Our 2018 Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon offers dark cherry, black currant, and plum, with notes of chocolate, cedar, and spice. Concentrated yet balanced, it finishes long with subtle earthy character.

Harvested in October, 2018, the wine aged for 30 months in 80% new French oak. Bottled unfined and unfiltered with just 120 cases produced.  Aging potential: 8–20+ years from vintage.
